If you have a prepaid debit card issued by JPMorgan Chase, you can go to www.UCard.Chase.com to activate your card, request replacement card, check your card balance, view your account activity and other more information.

How to Activate Your Card:

If you have just received a new or replacement card, you must activate it before you can begin to use the money in you card. Just go to www.UCard.Chase.com and click on the "Activate Your Card" button. Then enter your 16-digit card number and select a 4-digit PIN for your card. Finally, sign the back

of your card. Once you have activated your card, you can use it to redeem the benefits you've received. You  can also call the Customer Service phone number on the back of your card to activate it.

How to Manage Your Card:

Just go to www.UCard.Chase.com and logon with your registered UCard user ID and password. Once you logged, you can check your card balance, view your payment history and more online 24 hours day, 7 days a week.

If you're first time to use the Chase UCard Center, you should click the "Register" button to set up your UCard Center account.
